All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Customers could experience delays in processing and handling due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail with an estimate arrival time of 1-3 business days (For more information about shipping times and estimates please visit USPS).
We offer free shipping for orders over $75 USD. Order totals are exclusive of coupons, tax, and shipping.
Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Since we only use PayPal to handle our checkout process you will receive an email from them containing your order including a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us.
Additionally, you can login to your account and view your previous orders from your account page which will include any updated information.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
